Glengoyne 21 Year Old is a spectacular single malt that has been matured in hand-selected sherry casks for just over two decades before being bottled at 43% abv without chill filtration or added colouring.
The nose has red apples, toffee, sherry and spicy strudel. Plenty of sherry continues on the palate, alongside honey, oak and a developing aromatic sensation. The finish has a nip of warming cinnamon spice.
